Blood Sugars

Blood sugar monitoring is the key tool you have to check your diabetes control. This check tells you your blood sugar level at any one time.

Be sure to: 

-Keep a log of your results.

 -Bring the log to every doctor visit. This log will give the doctor a better idea of how well your diabetes is controlled.

    You guys! Great website! I like the blog style and organization of information. Wonderful topic to choose for the elderly. Your use of visuals and videos was wonderful. The colors you used were very light and may be difficult for reading, that's my only thing. But great work!
